PAYMENT POLICY

Web Orders 

Methods of Payment available

are 2 main forma of payment to be selected on the checkout

PayPal

Offline payment

 

PayPal,

you will need to follow the online prompts according . in some cases which is subject to you credit status with PayPal you may be able to pay later.

Offline payment

We will contact you when you select this method to see if you would prefer to pay by Bank transfer or Cheque.

Please Note if you choose the offline method, your order will not be dispatched until payment is made.

 

Order placed Manually / Directly

Cash

 We do accept cash when we are at trade shows or events. we never recommend sending cash through the post. Therefore, we would always recommend a different form of payment.

 

Cheque,

 If you wish you are within the UK Mainland The are to be made out to

We will provide you the relevant postal address for you to send the cheque to at the time of order.

 

Please Note: all orders will need to be paid in full prior to them being dispatched.


PayPal,

When we send you the invoice you can choose to pay by Paypal. If you wish to do this

Xero Payment link,

We can send you a direct payment link from Xero, you then can follow the steps to pay this with any form of bankcard

 

Bank Transfer,

At the below of your invoice are the relevant bank details if you want to pay directly into our bank.

Please use the invoice number as the payment reference

SHIPPING POLICY

Turnaround


All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, for standard shop orders unless otherwise stated.  Customised orders will require approval of a PDF by email and goods will not be produced or shipped until approval has been received.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Royal Mail

Parcelforce
DHL / Fedex (Where requested).


Shipping Rates



The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight/size of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.  For customised or mail order items we will quote the price of the shipping together with the order value before requesting payment.


Back Orders 



If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.  We will notify you prior to shipping the first element of your order that this is the case and if required will credit any monies already received should you no longer require the order.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

How To Return An Item


Your item must be in its original unused and resaleable condition to be eligible for refund. Your must return the item within 28 days of your purchase. 

 

Please Note customised items are no returnable. 

1. Please email info@axholmesigns.co.uk to request a refund and we will provide you with returns details.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the original receipt or man


Return Exceptions



Some items can not be returned once they have been received.  These include customised stencils, made to order stencils and hood number t shirts, please email info@axholmesigns.co.uk to confirm whether any item can be returned


Exchanges



If your stencil is from our standard stock and you wish to change this for an alternative item of the same or greater value we will do so, but you still will have to pay return shipping charges. The item being returned must be in its original unused and resaleable condition before we deem the return to be eligible for exchange.
